By engaging our services, purchasing products, or using content created by Homegrown Ten Media, LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Copyright Ownership
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all photographs, videos, graphics, designs, marketing materials, and creative content produced by Homegrown Ten Media, LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of Homegrown Ten Media, LLC. Payment for services does not transfer copyright ownership. Copyright ownership may only be transferred through a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
2. Client Usage Rights
Upon full payment, clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered content for the purposes outlined in their service agreement.

3. Personal Use License
For individual clients, athletes, families, and personal brands, delivered images and videos may generally be used for:

4. Commercial Use License

Major edits, filters, overlays, or alterations should be approved by Homegrown Ten Media, LLC.
7. Social Media Usage
Clients are encouraged to share delivered content on social media platforms.
When practical, crediting Homegrown Ten Media, LLC is appreciated but not required unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.

10. Event Photography & Videography
For public events, sporting events, tournaments, and community gatherings, Homegrown Ten Media, LLC retains full copyright ownership of all content captured unless otherwise specified by contract. Participants, teams, and organizations may be granted usage rights according to the terms of their agreement.
11. Copyright Infringement
Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of copyrighted content may constitute copyright infringement and may result in legal action. Homegrown Ten Media, LLC reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable copyright laws.
12. Licensing Requests
Requests for expanded usage rights, commercial licensing, publication rights, exclusivity, or copyright transfers must be submitted in writing and may be subject to additional licensing fees.
