1. Payment Terms:

• Full payment is due within 7 days from the date of the invoice.

• Late payments will incur a $10 late fee for every day the payment is overdue.

• Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Zelle.

2. Deposits:

• A $50 deposit is required to schedule an appointment. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to final delivery.

3. Scope of Work:

• The agreed-upon scope of work is detailed in the proposal. Any changes or additions to the scope may result in additional charges.

• The client will be notified in writing of any adjustments to the cost or timeline.

4. Revisions:

• 2 rounds of revisions are included in the price. Additional revisions will be charged at a rate of [50]$ per hour.

5. Project Timeline:

• The estimated timeline for project completion is 1-2 weeks unless specified by the client. Delays in receiving feedback, content, or approvals from the client may extend this timeline.

6. Cancellation and Refunds:

• If the project is canceled before completion, the client will be liable for the work completed up to that point, including the non-refundable deposit.

• Refunds are not provided once the work is delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property:

• Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership of the final designs. However, the designer retains the right to use the work in portfolios and marketing materials.

• The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for the agreed-upon purposes only.

8. Confidentiality:

• Both parties agree to keep any proprietary or confidential information shared during the project confidential.

 

9. Liability:

• The designer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the designs or project deliverables.

10. Disputes:

• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.

 

11. Governing Law:

• These terms will be governed by the laws of Nevada, USA.
